Documents Checklist 


 1. Tourist visa application form.

 2. Passport size photographs.

 3. Current and previous passport minimum 6 months validity. 

 4. Valid visa if you are citizen of another country (One Copy). 

 5. Last 6 months bank statement (Original).

 6. Account maintenance certificate from bank (Original).

 7. Travel Insurance.

 8. Proof of accommodation in Croatia. 

 9. Ticket reservation.

 10. Proof of group travel if you are travelling with group. 

 11. Reference letter from your employer / Educational Institution.

 12. Visa fee. 

 Complete all the above mentioned documents and submit your nearest Croatian Embassy / Consulate.
